My Approach to Coaching
My coaching is built around a simple idea. Real change happens in relationship. While the focus is always on you, your goals, your challenges, your growth, I pay equal attention to the space we create together. That’s where insight deepens, new thinking emerges, and meaningful shifts take place.
I draw from a rich toolkit of approaches, including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Solution-Focused coaching. But rather than applying models rigidly, I use them intuitively, shaping each session around what will be most useful for you in that moment.
The result is a coaching experience that feels both structured and flexible, grounded in expertise, but always human, responsive, and real.
Why Work With Me?
I bring more than coaching expertise; I bring a deep understanding of how organisations actually work in the real world.
Having spent many years in complex, business-to-business sales leadership and then as a consultant, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, cultures, and leadership environments. That experience means I understand the context you’re operating in, the pressures, the politics, the opportunities and challenges. It means I am well placed to help you navigate them with clarity and confidence.
Clients often tell me that this blend of commercial understanding and coaching depth is what makes the difference. It’s not coaching in isolation; it’s coaching that truly connects to your world.
How Coaching Works
Coaching with me is designed to fit around you.
Sessions can be delivered face-to-face, online, or as a blend of both. Many clients choose virtual sessions via Teams or Zoom for flexibility and ease, especially alongside busy schedules.
Where possible, an initial face-to-face session can be valuable in building connection and setting the foundation for our work together but it’s not essential. What matters most is creating a space where you feel comfortable, focused, and able to think clearly.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I’ve also introduced an AI-supported coaching tool, offering additional flexibility and support between sessions.
