The diagnostic seeks to understand What do you do currently? How do you feel about key issues? How visible are you? What worries you? What do you find challenging? Using your feedback you’ll receive a report that summarises your current position and recommends key areas of focus for the rest of the programme that will be most beneficial to you. It will help identify which approaches (that specifically work for you) could really accelerate your visibility and impact.
Societal pressures on women
We all like to feel that the playing field is level, but the harsh reality is that it is not. What are the root causes of some challenges women in the workplace face? Is She Said; IMPACT coaching a course?
No, online courses are content-heavy and generic, not personalised to you. There is some content in this programme, but only enough to frame the questions you are asked and the reports you receive are based specifically on your answers.
How is the She Said; IMPACT coaching programme different to putting the questions into any free Chat GPT / Gemini or other chatbot?
This is a structured programme; it is not based on random Q&A but is based on content from an expert, master’s level executive coach with specific expertise in the field of women and communication. Not a chatbot. Not a course. Not just consulting. Something in between that takes the best of each — structured and personalised,
Is She Said; IMPACT coaching better than a standalone, live coaching sessions?
Human-to-human dialogue is always the gold standard. However, this programme has some benefits, you can do it whenever suits you, when you have time, and you don’t have to make an appointment. It is also much more cost-effective. Executive coaching, from a properly qualified coach, ranges from £100-£500+ an hour. This is an 8-module programme so it would cost £1000-3,000 if this were an executive coaching series.
What if I really want human to human dialogue?
If you buy the full package, it includes a 121 live coaching session with Patricia at the end and it is entirely possible for you to follow up this programme by booking further sessions with her.
